Tulum beach, Mexico... bluuuueeee!

There is a beach behind the Mayan ruins in Tulum.

What I'm trying to say is: Take your swimsuit.

  1. Great view of Tulum beach. Tulum beaches are just north of the Sian Kaan biosphere reserve beaches. Some of the biggest powder beaches on the coast are in Tulum. There is a nice small beach right in the famous Tulum ruins, but the best are just south, along the road to Boca Paila.

The beach at Tulum is one of the nicest that I have ever seen. The second largest coral reef in the world tames the sea to create such calm waters. Imagine the ancient Mayans living there and waking up every morning to such a beautiful and tranquil sight.

  4. Yes, it was really beautiful. I guess this is the same coral reef that extends down to Belize then? I didn't have the opportunity to snorkel there but I guess that gives me a reason to go back.

Do you know where the world's largest coral reef is? ;)
