This is a pretty empty statement... almost everyone in Belize offers you ganja. If you can't score in Belize there is seriously something wrong with you.
I asked this guy if he knew where to find the local bakery. He said he didn't know - even though he was sitting right in front of the sign - and offered me marijuana instead. Ten minutes later I found him sitting on top of the basketball ring.
I will say this only once: drugs are bad!
