I have to be quick...
I'm in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay. Tomorrow I'm going to Asuncion - the capital. I'm staying with an awesome family here and having a great time. Yesterday I went to their farm for a barbeque. I swam in the enornous lake, learned how to ride a horse and yes, ate lots of meat.
Earlier in the week I was interviewed about Chiropractic on the radio - I spoke half Portuguese, half Spanish: they call that Portoñol. Over the next few days a whole bunch of people came to the radio station where I volunteered to adjust them.
ps. Sorry to all my vegetarian friends. I know it's evil to eat meat, but it is sometimes so difficult here that I met a guy who has been forced to eat meat after being vegetarian for 5 years. But - there's always a but - it tasted soooooo good! ;-)
